Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "you", "your") and tk679 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of the tk679 website, mobile applications, and all associated services available at tk679.org.

To access the full range of tk679 services, you are required to create a single personal account. Each user is permitted to hold only one account at any given time. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. tk679 may conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) checks to verify the information provided.

Account Security

• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other activity that violates applicable financial crime laws.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit system vulnerabilities.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any subsequent verification process.
• Accessing the platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited, using VPN or proxy services to disguise your true location.

Intellectual Property

All content on the tk679 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software, is the exclusive property of tk679 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the service without prior written consent from tk679.

Limitation of Liability

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain types of liability, tk679's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in this Agreement shall exclude liability for death or personal injury resulting from gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement and all matters arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.

Where resolution through negotiation is not achievable within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration. Class actions and jury trials are expressly waived to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

Amendments to These Terms

tk679 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion, at any time, and without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the tk679 website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

Your continued use of the tk679 platform following the posting of revised Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised terms, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the platform and close your account by contacting [email protected].
